Delicz Roasted Vermicelli Pakoda Recipe

To begin the preparation of Delicz Vermicelli pagoda recipe.

Cook semiya until soft and set aside.

Add crushed ginger and finely chopped green chilies.

 Add coriander and curry leaves as well.

Add gram flour, rice flour, salt, cooked semi and mix well. No need to add water.

Shallow frying   Heat 2-3 tablespoons oil in a small pan.

Maintain low flame.

Pinch small balls from semi veggie mixture and add it to the oil.

Fry in low flame until golden brown. Serve semiya   pagoda hot with tea.

1 cup gram flour

1/4 cup rice flour

1 onion finely chopped

1 teaspoon finely chopped or crushed ginger

2-3 green chilies finely chopped

Salt

1/2 teaspoon chili powder
