Delicz Mushroom & Vermicelli Soup

- Heat the oil in a deep non-stick pan, add the ginger and saute on a high flame for 10 seconds.
- Add the spring onion and saute on a high flame for 30 seconds
- Add the mushroom and saute on a high flame for 2 minutes.
- Add the clear vegatable stock , Delicz Vermicelli, Soya sauce & Salt.
- Mix well and cook on a medium flame for 10 minutes, while stirring occasionally.
- Serve Immediately

- 3/4 cup sliced mushrooms
- 1/2 cup Delicz Vermicelli
- 2 tsp oil
- 1 tsp finely chopped ginger
- 1/4 cup finely chopped spring onion
- 4 1/2 cups clear vegetable stock
- 1/2 tsp soy sauce
- salt
