Delicz Mushroom & Vermicelli Soup

  • Heat the oil in a deep non-stick pan, add the ginger and saute on a high flame for 10 seconds.
  • Add the spring onion and saute on a high flame for 30 seconds
  • Add the mushroom and saute on a high flame for 2 minutes.
  • Add the clear vegatable stock , Delicz Vermicelli, Soya sauce & Salt.
  • Mix well and cook on a medium flame for 10 minutes, while stirring occasionally.
  • Serve Immediately

  1. 3/4 cup sliced mushrooms
  2. 1/2 cup Delicz Vermicelli
  3. 2 tsp oil
  4. 1 tsp finely chopped ginger
  5. 1/4 cup finely chopped spring onion
  6. 4 1/2 cups clear vegetable stock
  7. 1/2 tsp soy sauce
  8. salt
